With the new year came a new sleeping pattern for me. It has
definitely taken some adjusting, but I am apparently now sleeping
3-5 hours more every night than before. It's really strange to me,
but I don't see any reason not to just "go with it." Anyway, when I
sat down to choose a topic for today, Yoga Nidra seemed like a
natural extension of my new sleep patterns.
Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep is the ultimate in relaxation. If you've
ever done Savasana (corpse pose) and felt amazing afterwards, or
like savasana could totally be longer... Yoga Nidra may be for you.
Imagine Savasana on crack if you will...and taking that little yoga
buzz and intensifying it. Yoga Nidra is completely amazing.
During my teacher training was the first time I'd ever heard of
Yoga Nidra, and I was almost hesitant to try it because first
